I bought the v15 model cordless vacuum cleaner from Dyson's website on February 20, 2023. But when I used the product for the first time, I noticed that the color on the head was lifting. This was a surprise because I had used v10 before and never had this problem. I was also disappointed that I didn't get any of the extra batteries, stands, or other gifts that other users said they got. Also, the soft dust brush and the brush for stubborn dirt were not in the box. Also, the laser head attachment doesn't have a button to turn it on or off, which makes it hard to use. I paid the most for this product, which was 14,999 TL, but I'm not happy with the quality or the fact that some parts are missing. I want Dyson to solve these problems as soon as possible. I'm very mad, and I won't give up until they fix what they did wrong.
