On June 21, 2023, I paid 19,999 TL for the Dyson V15 Detect Absolute cordless vacuum cleaner from the Dyson website. During my initial box inspection, I noticed that the spare battery, floor head, soft dusting brush, stubborn dirt brush, flexible crevice tool, and on/off switch button on the laser head were all missing. I even discovered that some people received a free-standing dock as a gift. I request that the missing items be delivered to me as soon as possible. I trusted your product and purchased it, and now I kindly request that this inconvenience be rectified. Why would you send out defective products and cause customer dissatisfaction after spending so much money? If there is no response and the missing items are not resolved, I will file a complaint with the appropriate authorities.
