Dyson Sent The Invoice Late And Wrong

On August 14th, we purchased the Dyson Purifier Humidify+Cool product from dyson.com.tr. During the purchase, as we required a company invoice, we selected the company option and provided our company's tax number and related information. The product was dispatched promptly within 2 days. Subsequently, we contacted "Dyson customer service" to inquire about the product and request the missing invoice. While we received answers to our product queries, the matter of the invoice remained unresolved. The customer service representative informed us they were experiencing a slight backlog and assured us that the invoice would be sent shortly. Patiently, we waited for a week and a half. By August 29th, we decided to contact "Dyson Customer Service" once more to understand why the invoice had not been dispatched yet and why we were continually having to chase after it. The representative explained that they were still overwhelmed and needed to reacquire our corporate billing information. We provided our corporate details again and were once again promised that our invoice would be on its way. Finally, on August 30th, Dyson individually generated and emailed our invoice to us. Throughout this entire process, Dyson Turkey failed to send us our invoice, despite our calls and notifications. They attributed the delay to their workload and ultimately issued our corporate invoice as an individual one after a month had passed. We repeatedly requested they escalate the matter to a higher authority due to the incorrect format of the invoice. However, Dyson Customer Services claimed that the legal time limit had lapsed, necessitating the individual invoice format. Regrettably, our efforts were met with the same response each time. Dyson's inability to send our invoice within a week, the extended delays they imposed on us while citing busyness, and their insistence on issuing an individual invoice due to a legal time limit oversight after a month have left us exasperated. We have expended considerable time and endured significant stress due to this ordeal. In return, Dyson has not provided any meaningful assistance. We urge caution when considering Dyson for your purchases, as they have proven to be weak and inadequate in their after-sales support. The Dyson brand, once held in high regard, has been forever tarnished in our eyes and within our community.

Hello everyone, Unfortunately, we are approaching 1.5 weeks and Dyson has not responded. Dyson's statement that they will handle the matter sensitively and get in touch with us is far from reality and was sent just to provide an answer. They are a company that does not do their job properly, causes inconvenience to the customer, and does nothing in return, making you constantly call and follow up for them to do their job. Stay away, they have exhausted us a lot...
