Delay in Dyson V11 Cordless Vacuum Delivery


I made a purchase on dyson.com.tr. I haven't received any tracking number or similar information. In addition, when I contacted customer service, I was informed that I would need to wait for 48 hours. After a couple of days, when I made another call, they informed me that they would need to create a ticket to address the problem. After finding out that I had been waiting for nothing for two days, the support staff let me know that the 48-hour time frame hadn't passed yet. They requested that I give them a call in two hours to start a ticket. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to obtain the vacuum cleaner and had to cancel the order. Instead of whining, I wanted to show appreciation to those who comprehend.
