Defective Dyson Purifier Replaced, Still Faulty – Refuse to Accept Return!

I purchased the Dyson Purifier Humidify+Cool PH2 model from Dyson Turkey. The product was faulty when first delivered, so I requested a replacement. The product was replaced, but the new one also arrived with the same defect. I then requested a return, but the company refused to accept it and completely ignored my complaint. Both the original and the replacement products were defective. Despite this, they insisted I send the product to technical service, prolonging the process without offering a solution. I couldn’t get clear information during phone calls. I have suffered significant loss of time and money during this process. I have officially filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee to resolve this issue. I cannot accept the lack of care from a brand that is marketed as premium and expensive.
