Hello, I purchased the Dyson Gen 5 cordless vacuum on October 28, 2023. The LED screen failed after 10 days, and because the carpet attachment was making too much noise, I called on November 8, 2023. The vacuum was picked up from my house on November 10, 2023. It was delivered to the service center on November 16, 2023, which is an unusually long date. We requested a trade. They kept delaying the process with phrases like "The service will make the decision" and so on. Then we said we wanted to return the product but have yet to hear back. We call about 3-4 times per day, and the message is always the same: "We forwarded your request to the relevant department, please wait for a response." Furthermore, the representatives are inconsistent, and some respond superficially. Purchasing from Dyson is unquestionably disappointing; they offer no after-sales support.
