Dyson Did Not Provide a Replacement Battery for My V11 Absolute Vacuum Cleaner

The battery of our Dyson V11 Absolute cordless vacuum suddenly died. After speaking with Dyson customer service, I was told that the battery needed to be replaced. However, when I tried to purchase a new one, they said it was out of stock and, since it’s an imported part, they couldn’t provide any timeline for restocking. Upon checking their website, it’s clear that only the battery is out of stock, while other parts are readily available. According to the After-Sales Services Regulation, the manufacturer or seller is required to supply spare parts for five years, but Dyson is not fulfilling this obligation. As a result, we can’t use our vacuum cleaner. I’m sharing this experience to inform other customers so they don’t face the same issue. Dyson may appear frequently in TV ads these days, but don’t be fooled by what they claim—once the sale is made, you’re left on your own. We are left in limbo just because we can’t buy a battery, and there’s no telling how much longer this will continue. For us, Dyson has become a regret.
Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Your satisfaction is very important to us. You can be sure that we will handle the matter with care. Our solution center representative will contact you as soon as possible to provide support. Best regards, Dyson Turkey
The solution center called just a moment ago. However, they couldn't provide information on when they would supply the battery, using stereotyped words. Although they said that the battery occasionally comes into stock and that I should follow up, they couldn't answer when I asked when it last came into stock and when they resolved the grievance of a customer like me. Because the battery hasn't been in stock for a long time, but if you want to buy a new vacuum, it's always in stock, and only the battery doesn't come from abroad. Dyson, instead of supporting its customers on this issue, is resorting to deception. That's why I repeat, 'Dyson is regret.'
