Currently, it looks like my only choice is to purchase a brand-new vacuum. If I had known there might be problems with getting spare parts, I wouldn't have purchased this vacuum. I would have opted for a different brand that is known for its reliability. It's just frustrating that I didn't get the product I paid for or any information about when I could pick it up from the service center within 20 days. Hopefully, we'll have the battery in stock within a year, and we can get it then.
