Dyson V12 Vacuum Tube Out of Stock for Months - Spare Part Not Available
I have been trying to obtain a replacement tube for my Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner for a long time because the tube is broken, but it has been out of stock for about four months. Even though I regularly check your website, the item constantly appears as “out of stock.” During this process, I also contacted your customer service team. They told me they had no clear information, advised me to click the “notify me” button on the website, and said I would receive an email when the part was restocked. I clicked this button multiple times, yet the stock has not been renewed and I have not received any notification email. As a Dyson customer, I am seriously affected by the lack of a long-term solution regarding spare part availability. I cannot use my vacuum, and the product has become unusable. I request that the V12 vacuum tube be restocked as soon as possible and that the spare part be provided to me.
