Dyson V15 Detect Submarine Shakes Excessively and Does Not Work Properly

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Ceki Kohen, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Dyson V15 Detect vacuum cleaner that I purchased on May 20, 2024, from MediaMarkt Istanbul Forum Marmara Mall. I have encountered serious quality issues with the product, and the post-purchase service provided by the store has been disappointing. The plastic body of the vacuum cleaner shows signs of wear, including scratches, and there is noticeable deformation on the metal parts. At the time of purchase, I was assured by the sales representative that the additional insurance covered all kinds of damage, including scratches. However, the damages that have since appeared contradict the information provided and are not due to user error but became apparent shortly after the purchase. The substantial amount I paid for this product and the negative experience I have had undermines my confidence in the Dyson brand. Furthermore, I feel aggrieved by the misleading information provided by the MediaMarkt sales representative. I hereby formally report this situation and request that my Dyson V15 Detect vacuum cleaner be replaced urgently under warranty. Attached are photos demonstrating the issues with the product. I urge the officials of MediaMarkt and Dyson to intervene in this matter promptly, provide the necessary assistance, and contact me for a resolution.
