Ducray Anaphase Shampoo Increased Hair Loss Instead of Preventing It

I purchased Ducray Anaphase shampoo, believing it would help reduce hair loss, as advertised. Instead, it caused extreme hair shedding—far worse than before! After just a few washes, I noticed significant hair loss each time I used it. This product does the exact opposite of what it claims!

I bought it on N11, and I deeply regret spending my money on something that made my hair more fragile and unhealthy. After seeing numerous other complaints about this shampoo, I can’t believe the manufacturer still hasn’t addressed the issue or reformulated the product.

I demand a refund or an official response from the company explaining why this shampoo is still being marketed as "anti-hair loss" when it clearly damages hair.
