Ducray Shampoo from Trendyol Caused Hair Loss and Itching

I bought a Ducray anti-hair loss shampoo from the Bakım Kutusu seller on Trendyol, expecting it to help with hair thinning. Instead, it made things much worse—it caused severe hair shedding and intense itching on my scalp.

I contacted Bakım Kutusu for support, but the customer service representative was incredibly rude, speaking to me in a mocking tone instead of addressing my complaint seriously. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my ₺300, acting as if they couldn’t afford to return my money.

I’m beyond disappointed, not just with the seller but also with Trendyol for allowing such irresponsible businesses on their platform.
