I found Ducray Anaphase Shampoo Loaded With Harmful Sodium Salts

I bought Ducray’s Anaphase Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo for ₺297, expecting it to prevent my hair from falling out. When I finally read the ingredients, I was shocked: it’s loaded with sodium benzoate, sodium chloride, and even sodium hydroxide—the same harsh chemical used in drain cleaners. On top of that, it contains PEG-40 and foaming agents known to dry out hair. How can a shampoo that promises to stop hair loss include so many damaging salts and chemicals? Paying nearly ₺300 for a formula that strips moisture and weakens my scalp feels like a total rip-off. In my opinion, it isn’t worth even ₺50. I demand a clear explanation: why is Ducray using these toxic ingredients in a product marketed for sensitive scalps and thinning hair? Either reformulate immediately or refund me.
