Ducray Shampoo Leaves Residue and Causes Scalp Irritation
I purchased a Ducray shampoo from a pharmacy, but instead of improving my hair, it has caused severe scalp issues. After using it, I noticed a lot of residue left in my hair, leading to excessive dandruff and flaking. Even worse, I developed red, crusty sores behind my ears and inside my ear canal—something I have never experienced before.
When I went back to the pharmacy, they refused to take responsibility, saying it was an issue with the brand itself and that I should contact Ducray directly. This is unacceptable! Ducray must address this problem immediately and explain why a shampoo meant for scalp health is causing more harm than good. I expect a response and resolution!
