Kerastase Products Are Overpriced and Ineffective – Huge Disappointment

I purchased Kerastase products, expecting high-quality performance given their premium pricing. However, after using the shampoo, mask, and oil, I can confidently say that they do not live up to the hype.

Even lower-tier brands perform better at a fraction of the cost. Instead of improving my hair, these products damaged its texture and failed to deliver any noticeable softness or nourishment. For a brand that charges 10 times the price of standard products, I expected far better results.

Kerastase, explain this! Your marketing overpromises but underdelivers. These products are not worth the money. I deeply regret my purchase. Has anyone else had the same experience? I demand a refund!
