My Dreame L10s Pro Keeps Spinning and Can’t Map Even After 4 Warranty Repairs

I bought the Dreame L10s Pro based on a MediaMarkt employee’s recommendation, hoping it would help keep my home clean—especially since my child has allergies. But this product turned out to be a huge letdown. We were only able to use it for 4 months before it started acting up.

The vacuum has now been sent to service four times under warranty, and the same issue still persists: it spins in circles and won’t map the house at all. Every time we get it back from service, they say it passed all tests. But as soon as we turn it on, it fails to function just like before—as clearly shown in our videos.

We even paid extra at MediaMarkt to extend the warranty, but now they blame the service center, and the service blames the tests. Meanwhile, we’re stuck with a robot that can’t do the one job it was designed to do.
