I handed over my Dreame Bot L10S Pro robot vacuum to Media Markt for repair, and despite being told the issue was fixed, the exact same problems continue. This is not the first time—I've sent it in three times, and every time, they return the device claiming it’s repaired, but nothing changes.

On top of that, the vacuum was returned to me in terrible condition. The dustbin was full of dirt, and the hair collection brush was visibly damaged. Even the Media Markt customer service representative acknowledged the issue upon delivery, and I was told it would be reported to the manufacturer. Yet here I am, still waiting for a real solution.

How can a product that’s supposed to make my life easier cause this much inconvenience? I trusted Dreame’s quality, and I’m genuinely disappointed with both the device’s reliability and the aftersales support. After multiple repair attempts and no resolution, I’m demanding either a full replacement or refund.
