I Face Ongoing Brush Malfunction with My Anker Eufy Clean L35 Hybrid Robot Vacuum
I purchased the Anker Eufy Clean L35 Hybrid robot vacuum from MediaMarkt about 18 months ago, and ever since then, it has been nothing but a headache. The main issue is with the rotating brush, which consistently malfunctions. I have already sent the device to service three times, and yet the exact same problem keeps coming back.
Each time, they claim the product has been repaired and return it to me, but the brush either stops spinning or doesn’t work properly shortly after use. This clearly points to a persistent defect that has never truly been fixed. I’ve even requested a product replacement, but that request has been ignored or denied without a valid reason.
It’s unacceptable to spend ₺ on a smart home device that fails to perform its core function and cannot be permanently repaired. Anker and MediaMarkt must take immediate responsibility by offering a full replacement or refund. This repeated service cycle with no results has wasted my time, energy, and money. I expect a real solution now—not another temporary fix.
