I Received a Faulty Dreame L10S Pro Gen 2 and It Still Won’t Charge After Service

I purchased a brand new Dreame L10S Pro Gen 2 robot vacuum, and right out of the box, it wouldn’t charge properly. I was extremely disappointed that a brand-new device had such a basic malfunction. To make things worse, Dreame only has a technical service center in Istanbul, which made the warranty process inconvenient and frustrating for me.

I packaged and shipped the product at my own expense for service, hoping it would come back fixed. After waiting 10 days, they sent it back—but the exact same charging issue persists. The device still doesn't function as expected.
