Dreame L10s Pro Gen 2 Crashing Into Furniture And Not Cleaning Properly

I bought the Dreame L10s Pro Gen 2, and the device keeps bumping into everything, causing damage both to my home and to itself. It can’t find the charging station, pushes it away, and changes its direction. It also fails to clean the areas it should. When I sent it to the service center, they replaced the water tank and the navigation module but returned the device without even fastening the screws. After it arrived, it no longer detected Wi-Fi, making it unusable. I expected a proper repair, but instead the device came back with new issues. I want a clear solution and a functioning product.
