Domino’s Pizza Took 55 Minutes for Delivery and Marked as Delivered Before Arrival

On October 8, 2024, at 18:55, I ordered from a Domino’s Pizza location, and it took 55 minutes to arrive. What’s worse, before the pizza even reached my door, it was marked as “delivered.” When the delivery finally arrived, I mentioned the 30-minute delivery guarantee, and the delivery person said it’s no longer valid. I called the branch, and they confirmed this, dismissively telling me, “You can complain if you want.” This is unacceptable service from a brand like Domino’s. They need to either honor their delivery guarantee or stop misleading customers with outdated policies.

The issue at the Çekmeköy Mimar Sinan branch continues. The 30-minute rule is not being followed, and their attitude of "complain if you want" persists unchanged. Domino's Pizza supposedly was going to warn this branch, but nothing has changed. Domino's doesn't care about the customer. If you complain, they call you from Domino's headquarters and offer you pizza to change your review, but if you don't complain, you continue to be victimized. This is disrespectful.
