I made a reservation for Sunny Coastal Stay through their official website for a stay between 11/06/2026 and 13/06/2026. During the booking process, I selected what I believe was a sea-view room, although I am not completely sure of the exact room type. On 16/05/2026 (Saturday), the amount of £247 was debited from my Barclays credit card for this booking. Despite the payment being successfully taken, I have not received any booking confirmation email, reservation number, or stay details. Because I have no confirmation number, I have been unable to reach customer service or verify my reservation. I was also informed or understood that the bookings are handled through Booking.com, but I did not receive any confirmation from Booking.com either, so at the moment, I have no proof or details of the reservation other than the payment taken from my card. This situation is very worrying because I have paid £247 but do not know the status of my stay. I kindly request that you urgently check and clearly confirm the status of my reservation for 11/06/2026–13/06/2026, or, if the booking was not properly created, that you promptly refund the full amount of £247 to my Barclays credit card.
