My Pizza Order Was Canceled by Domino's
I order from Domino's Pizza almost every three days. I placed an order this evening, and when it didn’t arrive within 33 minutes, I contacted the customer complaint line. They directed me to the branch, which told me the pizza and other items were on the way. I reminded them of their 30-minute delivery policy and said I wouldn’t pay for the order. In response, they canceled my pizza, claiming my address was suddenly out of their delivery region. As someone who regularly orders from the same location, I don’t understand how my central address was now considered out of range. On top of that, the payment I made still hasn’t been refunded.
