Domino's Pizza failed to adhere to their promised 30-minute delivery policy. So, get this. On August 21, 2024, I placed an order at 5:16 PM, right? And guess what? It took more than 50 minutes for it to finally arrive. Can you believe that? When I reached out to voice my concerns, they responded with criticism instead, citing their 30-minute policy, but declined to provide a refund. The pizzas arrived cold, which was a major letdown. We ordered from Domino's because we were famished and anticipated speedy delivery, but the experience we had was quite the opposite. It's just ridiculous how, when we reached out for assistance, they had the audacity to scold us instead of providing any sort of help.
