The Pizza I Ordered from Domino's Arrived Cold and Delayed
On February 26, 2024, I ordered 3 large supreme pizzas from Domino's Pizza's Eryaman 3. Etap Ankara branch. My house is just a max of 300m away from Domino's Pizza. However, my pizza order took a whopping 1 hour and 5 minutes to arrive. When I tracked it through the app, it showed as on the way, but when I called the branch, they said it was "about to leave the oven." And of course, when it finally arrived, I was greeted with cold, burnt-edged pizzas.
The branch's excuse was that their "delivery staff is very busy." Yet, the delivery person informed me that "there's no one else, so I'm delivering 15 pizzas on my own." Domino's Pizza, a brand I trusted and chose because of its proximity to my home, has now earned a big fat zero in my eyes due to the poor quality of the branch and the inadequate staff.
