I placed a Domino’s pizza order at 9:29 AM, expecting it to arrive on time. However, it took a full hour to reach my address. I ordered this pizza because my children requested it, but since they have school the next day, they got too tired and fell asleep before it arrived. They were very upset, and frankly, so am I. No company should cause this kind of disappointment.
What’s even worse is that the app marked my order as "delivered" before I actually received it. Then, 30 minutes later, the courier called me to say my pizza had arrived. By that point, I refused to accept it and sent it back. The courier mentioned that the cost would be deducted from his paycheck, which is also unacceptable.
I am not concerned about the ₺300 I spent—I am frustrated with how carelessly a global brand like Domino’s handles its customers. I even called the complaint line, and the representative was just as dismissive and unhelpful.
Domino’s is no longer a brand I will support! I expect better service, accountability, and proper resolutions for such failures.
