Domino's App Exclusive Offer Missing! Weeks of Waiting, No Support
Weeks ago, I mentioned that the 'exclusive offer' on the Domino's Pizza app was not visible anywhere. I was given reassurances that the issue would be taken care of, but despite a considerable amount of time passing, no action has been taken. I've attempted to communicate this problem on numerous occasions to the digital support team, but their lack of responsiveness is evident as they abruptly end the conversation as soon as I begin to describe the issue. I've consistently stressed the importance of addressing the matter at hand, but unfortunately, my problem remains unresolved and there hasn't been a productive discussion to bring it to a close.
I have a limited amount of time left to enjoy the Domdom Burger that is credited to my account. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. If I don't receive a satisfactory solution, I will no longer be buying or utilizing any products or services from Domino's in the future.
