I recently made a purchase from Domino's with the expectation of benefiting from their promise of delivering within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, my initial excitement turned into frustration as my pizza arrived more than 30 minutes late and was disappointingly cold.
When I reached out to Domino's customer service regarding the delay and my refund request, I was met with a disappointing lack of understanding. Instead of addressing the problem and upholding their guarantee, they simply informed me that the 30-minute promotion did not apply to my order.
