I purchased a pair of Dockers waterproof boots online and initially loved wearing them. However, despite having no visible damage—no cracks, rips, or defects on the sole or surface—the boots are leaking water from the heel area, as shown in the attached images.
A waterproof boot should not absorb water, especially when there is no external damage. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, and I expect Dockers to take responsibility for this issue.
I request an immediate resolution—either a replacement or a full refund. I trusted the Dockers brand for quality and durability, and this issue is completely unacceptable. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Dockers, please respond!
