Dockers Shoes Tore Quickly—Warranty Claim Denied Unfairly
I purchased a pair of Dockers shoes from FLO, expecting quality and durability. However, in a very short time, the front upper part of the shoe tore despite normal use. Since the product has a 2-year warranty, I sent it in for inspection, expecting a resolution.
To my surprise, FLO rejected my claim, stating that there was no manufacturing defect and sent the shoes back. How can a product with such visible damage be dismissed so easily? I trusted FLO’s guarantee, but now I feel completely let down.
I demand an immediate solution—either a replacement or a refund. This issue must be addressed properly. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
