My Dockers Waterproof Boots Started Falling Apart Quickly

I'm disappointed with the Dockers boots I bought last year and just started wearing this season. Despite being labeled as "waterproof," they've already begun coming apart at the seams after only a short time! How can boots, supposedly built to handle tough weather, deteriorate so quickly? I trusted Dockers for their supposed quality, but clearly, these boots fail to meet even basic durability expectations. I haven't even worn them frequently, yet they're already losing their functionality and letting water in! This is unacceptable. I demand Dockers address this immediately by either replacing these defective boots or refunding the amount (₺) I paid. Customers deserve reliable, quality products—not defective footwear. Dockers, take responsibility and solve this issue urgently!
