I purchased a pair of Dockers by Gerli boots from FLO last year, believing I was investing in a high-quality product. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Despite only wearing the boots a handful of times, one of the metal lace hooks near the top suddenly snapped off. It’s as if the material had decayed or weakened over time—completely unacceptable for a product that was marketed as durable and premium.
I’ve barely used these boots, and yet a critical part failed with no warning. The rest of the boot appears fine, but what good are they if I can’t lace them properly due to a broken hook? This shouldn’t happen with any product that claims to be “quality,” let alone from a brand like Dockers and a major retailer like FLO.
I’m asking FLO and Dockers to stand behind what they sell. I expect a repair, replacement, or refund—whatever it takes to fix this issue. I chose this brand based on its reputation, but this experience has made me question its reliability. Please take responsibility and resolve this problem promptly.
