I purchased a pair of Dockers boots online, expecting quality from a well-known brand. Unfortunately, within just one month of normal use, the inner sole of one boot tore. I immediately contacted FLO, the seller, and requested a return or exchange. They sent the boots in for inspection—but I was shocked when they dismissed my claim and sent the damaged boots back without any resolution.
Determined to give them a second chance, I resubmitted the complaint. Once again, I received the same frustrating answer: “No manufacturing defect.” It’s beyond disappointing to see both Dockers and FLO refuse to take responsibility for a clearly defective product after such a short period of use.
Their refusal to acknowledge even obvious wear-and-tear issues makes me question the integrity of their so-called quality control. If a product can’t even last 30 days without falling apart, how is that acceptable? I trusted FLO and Dockers, but I won’t be making that mistake again. This experience has completely shaken my confidence in their customer service and product durability.
I’m calling on FLO and Dockers to fix this and stand behind the products they sell. Either replace the boots or refund my money—anything less is unacceptable.
