I bought a pair of Dockers shoes from FLO, expecting quality and comfort. Instead, I ended up with a painful injury. On the very first day I wore them, the stitching and structure on the left shoe—especially around the pinky toe area—were clearly faulty. It was misaligned and pressed directly on my toe, causing a wound after only a few hours of use.
I took the shoes back to the FLO store immediately. They sent them in for inspection, but two weeks later I was told, “No defect was found.” This response is completely unacceptable. I even had two independent cobblers examine the shoes, and both confirmed the issue was a clear production defect.
I returned to FLO and insisted they send the shoes for another review. Meanwhile, the winter season has practically ended, and I couldn’t wear the shoes I purchased for that very purpose. On top of that, I was left with a painful injury to my foot due to this poor craftsmanship.
I’m not just asking for a replacement anymore—I want a full refund. I’ve lost both time and trust in the product. FLO and Dockers need to acknowledge this defect and issue a proper resolution immediately.
