I Was Unable To Reach Disney Plus Customer Service

On the evening of August 12, 2024, my credit card information was stolen and unauthorized purchases were made on my Disney Plus account. Despite my attempts to contact Disney Plus regarding the cancellation of these purchases, I was unable to reach them or find someone to speak with. I haven't encountered any other company that conducts business in Turkey and disregards the suffering of Turkish people to such an extent. As a result, I would like to request the cancellation of the purchases made on my credit card without my consent, which amounted to 2000 Turkish Liras. Additionally, I kindly ask for a refund of the amount that was withdrawn from my card.
