Unauthorized Transactions via Instagram - I Demand Refund

I have experienced unauthorized transactions on my credit card through Instagram, occurring at various dates with significant amounts totaling ₺21,318.90, without my knowledge or consent. Despite multiple complaints submitted through Instagram, I have not received any responses. The transactions include: ₺4,110.32 on 29.06.2024, ₺6,600 on 24.06.2024 and 15.06.2024, ₺4,200 on 07.06.2024, ₺3,000 on 02.06.2024, ₺1,800 on 29.05.2024, ₺705.90 also on 29.05.2024, ₺1,200 on 23.05.2024, and ₺1,202.68 also on 23.05.2024. I dispute these charges as unauthorized and urgently request a refund to my account. This situation indicates a serious security issue on your platform, causing financial harm to me. I demand immediate resolution and the fulfillment of my refund request. Failure to do so will lead me to pursue other avenues to protect my rights. This situation is unacceptable.
