Disney Plus Charged Me for Months After Cancellation—I Demand a Refund

I canceled my Disney Plus subscription several months ago, yet they've been withdrawing ₺ from my bank account every month without my knowledge or consent. I haven't used the service at all since canceling, but they continue to charge me, withdrawing ₺ monthly. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a breach of trust. I've tried reaching out to customer service at 0 800 621 21 27 multiple times but haven't received a satisfactory response or resolution. I demand a full refund for all the unauthorized charges that have been made over the past few months. Disney Plus needs to address this issue immediately and ensure that this doesn't happen to other customers. It's frustrating to deal with such negligence from a company I once trusted. Please resolve this promptly and return the money that was taken without my consent.
