Unauthorized Aspiegel Charge On Credit Card - Refund Request
On November 17, 2025, an unauthorized charge of ₺12.99 was made from my credit card account without my knowledge or consent. In my account activity, the transaction appears as an Aspiegel purchase, but there are no additional details provided. My bank statement only says, “₺12.99 has been used from your overdraft account limit,” and I cannot see which product or service this charge belongs to. This card is registered solely in my name, and after checking my recent account activity, I have not seen any similar or repeated charges. I tried to contact Aspiegel, but since it is an international company, I was unable to reach anyone or find a direct point of contact. I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and that the ₺12.99 be refunded to me. If a subscription or recurring payment was started under my name without my approval, I also request its immediate cancellation. I ask that the necessary checks and security measures be taken to prevent similar unauthorized charges in the future.
