Desigualturkey.com Wrong Order Delivery and Unresponsive Customer Service

I bought something on 07.21.2023 from desigualturkey.com. It cost ₺2,589, and with the shipping fees, it came out to ₺3,000. I was told that my order would be delivered within a month. I've got all the invoices and bank statements to back it up. About a month later, I ended up getting a small package with sunglasses inside, even though I never actually ordered them. I declined to accept the delivery and sent it back. I've been trying to get in touch with the company, and I really need a refund of the amount I paid. I'm going to contact my bank to see if they can help me out. Otherwise, I want to make it clear that I will take action to protect my legal rights.
