I bought a pair of sunglasses from the 'Atasun Optik' online website and paid ₺4,784 for them. The cargo package was delivered to me, but when I opened it, the sunglasses were missing. Unfortunately, I didn’t record a video while opening the package. I reported the issue to the company, but they refused to acknowledge any fault. I trusted the company and chose to shop from their official website instead of other platforms like Trendyol or N11. If I had made the purchase through one of those websites, I likely would have received a refund. In this case, it feels like I gifted my money to Atasun Optik. I’m sharing my experience to inform others about the company’s unjust handling of such situations.
