On September 15, 2025, I placed an order (#60056184617) from Oysho’s online store. My order included leggings, a sweatshirt, a jacket, and a t-shirt totaling ₺22,390. The delivery address was in Çekmeköy, Istanbul, and the estimated delivery date was September 25, 2025. However, as of today, October 7, 2025, I have neither received my items nor received any refund.
During this time, I contacted Oysho’s customer service several times through both the hotline and the online app. Each time, I was told I would receive a response within three business days, but no one ever got back to me. I also didn’t receive any updates from the shipping company. I made my payment via credit card, and I was informed that a refund couldn’t be processed unless the order was either delivered or canceled by the company. However, no solution has been provided so far.
I request that my issue be resolved immediately — either by delivering my order without further delay or by refunding the full amount I paid.
