My Brand-New Delonghi Dedica EC 685 Is Not Functioning Correctly

I sent my coffee machine, which was constantly dripping water, to technical service on September 1st along with the invoice. Calling the technical service on a regular basis (about once every two or three days) to inquire about the status of the repair has not produced satisfactory results. You keep calling to let me know that things are moving along and that I will be notified when they are finished. They notified me about two weeks later that the problem could not be resolved and that the machine had been sent to the center. I communicated with customer service on many occasions to inquire about updates on September 29, October 2, 4, and 5. No communication has occurred, despite repeated promises during each call to notify via email. I still don't know what happened to my coffee machine after 34 days of no communication. There has been a dramatic failure of the technical service.
