Problems with the Nespresso Creatista Pro Warranty Service

On August 28, 2023, I sent my Nespresso Creatista Pro, which was still under warranty, to the authorized Nespresso service with tracking number 301882296891 via Yurtiçi Kargo. 717,369 is the service request number. My coffee machine does not dispense hot coffee, and the amount dispensed is insufficient. When making milk-based recipes, it fails to properly froth and heat the milk. Additionally, while brewing coffee, water is leaking from the machine's bottom left side. Because of these problems, I filed a service request and sent my machine in for repairs. When I called customer service a few days later to check on the status, I was told that there was no problem with the machine and that it had been reset to factory settings. I explained that there was a problem and that I had sent videos and photos of the problem to cl*********@nespresso.com. I expressed my desire to speak with the service representatives directly, but was told there was no way to reach them; they insisted I didn't need to send the product back until they completed their final checks. Despite this assurance, my machine arrived today, and to my disappointment, the same issues remain. None of the problems have been solved. My machine isn't producing any coffee. Now I'm curious how the service didn't detect any issues with it. Is it necessary for me to send my 26,000 tl machine in for service every other week? I would appreciate it if someone from the appropriate department could contact me.

After writing the complaint, they asked for the machine again. I sent it back to the service. The machine arrived today. Again, they sent the machine without repairing it. Before making coffee, the machine directed itself to clean the steam wand. During the steam wand cleaning, water started coming from the bottom of the machine. It didn't even proceed to cleaning. Please find a solution now. The machine keeps going back and forth to the service. None of the issues are being resolved. I have been looking for a solution for about a month.

After writing the complaint, they requested the machine again. I sent it back to the service. The machine arrived today. They sent the machine back to me without repairing it again. Before even making coffee, the machine was directed to clean the steam wand. During the steam wand cleaning, water started coming out from the bottom of the machine. It didn't even start the cleaning process. Please find a solution now. The machine keeps going back and forth to the service. No issues are being resolved. I have been looking for a solution for about a month.

I don't want to send it for service for the third time. The service returns it without performing any procedure. We are not satisfied at all with Nespresso's after-sales services. I have submitted my applications to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I am now requesting a return of the machine. I will never go near Nespresso again.
