I Can’t Properly Seat the Water Tank on My DeLonghi Magnifica Evo ECAM290.81.TB

I recently purchased the DeLonghi Magnifica Evo ECAM290.81.TB espresso machine, and from the very beginning, I’ve been having an issue with the water tank not fitting properly into place. I have to apply pressure with my hand to make it sit correctly, and only then does the machine recognize the tank and operate. As soon as I remove my hand, the machine immediately displays an error and stops working.
This is extremely frustrating and defeats the purpose of having a fully automated machine. I’m unsure if the issue lies with me or if the machine is defective, but I need clear support and a prompt solution. I also recorded a video to demonstrate the problem.
For a premium product from a brand like DeLonghi, I expected flawless usability—not something I have to physically hold together just to brew a coffee. Please take this matter seriously and offer a resolution as soon as possible.
