I bought the Delonghi IMC2.1B Filter Coffee Maker in my search for the perfect cup of coffee. But it turns out, the coffee gods had something else in mind. So, I was just washing my fancy glass holder for my business stuff, and then, out of nowhere, it broke into a million pieces. Total disaster! I was really desperate for a solution, so I sent them an email. But their promised fix turned out to be just an empty promise.
Time passed, and more time passed, but there was still no sign of the mysterious glass holder. None of the generic replacements were suitable. Without my morning coffee, I have to sadly throw away a perfectly good coffee maker because it's missing a part.
Can I please have the essential piece of a coffee maker? Hey Delonghi, you need to either send me a new machine or make sure you have the glass holder in stock. If necessary, increase the price, but please allow me to enjoy my morning coffee once more. Unfortunately, I've tried reaching out to you multiple times, but it seems like you're not responding to my desperate pleas for a caffeine fix.
