I Can't Supply Delonghi Magnifica Evo Milk Filter

I just bought a Delonghi Magnifica Evo Coffee Machine that comes with a milk container. After some time, it needed a new milk filter. When I reached out to the authorized service, they said they didn't have the spare part and told me to bring the whole machine. I told them that I only needed the replacement part and asked why I had to bring the whole machine. They kept saying they wanted to see the machine, suggesting that it might need some fixing. I made it clear that there was nothing to fix, I just needed the spare part. Even though I mentioned that certain parts are only used at certain times in those machines, they said they couldn't do anything without the machine and then abruptly ended the call.

I tried to contact customer service, and they told me to send an email. But I didn't get a reply to my email. When I called again, nobody answered. I reached out to customer service, but they just sent me to the service center, and they ended up dismissing me. When I went to the Fakir main office, they didn't help me or give me any guidance. I've been really let down by our experiences with this brand, and I don't plan on trying to fix things or have any kind of relationship with them again. Also, I'm going to complain to consumer protection groups.
