hoping to have a bomb cup of joe every morning, I got a new Delonghi filter coffee maker. However, my experience quickly turned sour as I discovered significant flaws in the machine, like, the coffee maker doesn't heat up right and you end up with coffee that's just kinda warm instead of hot like you want it. As someone who loves coffee and has had a few filter machines before, I know what temp makes the best brew and how it impacts the flavor. This Delonghi machine's coffee is not great. It's not hot enough and has a bad aftertaste that ruins the whole experience, called Delonghi customer service and told them all about it. Surprisingly, when the service rep said that the machine was working fine and that the coffee was hot enough at 89 degrees Celsius, I just became sure they know nothing!
