I had a problem with the Delonghi ICM.15240 filter coffee machine I bought not too long ago; it stopped working after only two years. I used it sparingly and with great care. There must have been a more cost-effective alternative to this product, because I really regret purchasing it. Since having this happen, I no longer have any faith in the Delonghi name and will never again buy one of their products.
