Delonghi ECAM290.61.SB Defective Pump Problem

We bought the "Delonghi ECAM290.61.SB Magnifica Evo Automatic Coffee Machine" from Media Markt. On the second day, the pump stopped working at first at the top and then, after I tried turning the machine off and on again, at the bottom. During the last session, the machine gave a warning and wouldn't shut off even when I pressed the button. Talking to other people who also own the same model, I found out that this problem wasn't my fault.

When I got there, the package was already opened (bought it in a physical store, not online). The seller told us it hadn't been used, so we believed them and purchased it. Why did a machine worth ₺22,000 break on the second day if it's brand new? We already reached out to customer service, but they didn't take us seriously.
