If your DeepL invoice shows wrong billing details and you want it corrected;
Check what type of subscription you have;
• Log in to DeepL → Account → Billing
• Confirm if it’s billed via:
– DeepL website
– App Store (Apple)
– Google Play
(If via Apple/Google, invoice changes must be done through them.)
For DeepL website subscriptions;
• Go to Account → Billing information
• Update:
– Company name
– Address
– VAT ID (if applicable)
• Save changes immediately
Important: Updates usually apply to future invoices only, not past ones.
To correct an existing invoice;
Contact DeepL Support;
• State:
– Invoice contains incorrect billing details
• Provide:
– Account email
– Invoice number
– Correct billing information
– Screenshot of the incorrect invoice
Ask them to;
• Issue a corrected invoice (credit note + reissued invoice)
• Confirm VAT details are properly reflected
If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
